At Urban Basket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

• Personal care and beauty products
• Undergarments or swimwear
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Clearance or final sale items

  1. Return Process
    To start a return, please contact our customer support team at plrichards1968@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. Refunds
    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your order included free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred may be deducted from your refund.

  1. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within the return period.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  3. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).
